Company expected unprecedented growth from your store? If you do not hit expectation say goodbye to your annual bonus. Rest assured, external factors such as road side construction limiting access to the entry of your store is also not taken into consideration when forming budgets. Senior managers making changes to processes that don’t need to be changed and getting upset with stores when minimum wage employees continue to use old process.
