I went from 52k with this job to $110k in year after I left. I'm very thankful for allowing this company to let me use them for my own benefit. Lastly. the best thing about working for this company is that they are incredibly easy to sue in court!

high turnover. most employees are starting to realize they can have a great career with rewarding income once they leave this place. This company is heavily involved in nepotism. The company profits rise, but they workers pay remain the same. I would have an employment attorney handy should you decide to work for this low budget bank. Write down everything that happens starting from training and if they fire you, provide the evidence to the employment attorney. This company constantly settles in court against recent employees they've hired.
