The board of directors is just a bunch of crooks. Partner Re is only shareholders orientated. lack of confidence towards employees. It is a good company for somesone who agrees to everything and always shuts his (her) mouth. Too many procedures for everything. Too many internal frictionnal costs. Too many actuaries. No freedom of speech and always top down made décisions. no discussions with the people who really work and bring the income
