Great team dynamic with open communication and transparency

Not clear growth projection for positions

they have a good projects and very good office space

I worked just for couple of week. I assigned to a project and 3 days later (during the weekend) the project manager resigned. I suppose to be introduced to the project and to know he time schedual and all the details, but that never happened. and suddenly what I found that I should fix the revit model and produce a full set of construction drawings within 10 days. although the other team members are busy with other projects. in the same time the office manager was in her vacation. so I couldn't talk with any body about my concerns or any thing. after 10 days of hard working to catch any small information from team members who were super busy with other projects. I recieved a phone call by the end of the week for my recruiter said to me that they told him to not come again and thier comment that I act like a clown!!!! I couldn't imagin in my life that some one will give me such a hostile comment like that. I worked in high profile companies all over the world not just in US and I have a high degree in architecture with license and I faced a lot of challenges and i passed all that with respect and honor. It was so bad felling. I hope that they have more respect to their employees and meet with them face to face and give them a chance to talk.
