A lot of work outside work hours

Nice office including chef prepared meals.

Previous president (who now serves in another role at the same organization) used to make racist comments to an intern I used to work with. There is a white supremacy conception from leaders including referring to “only white” people’s stories on experiencing medical negligence. If you look at their website you can clearly see the lack of diversity in stories they use to advocate for their “cause” which has NO equity perspective to it. I never mind long work hours including after business hours but the organizations needs significant improvement on equity, diversity, and leaders who understand these social issues.
