      The job is interesting and there is room to move in the company.

      This is a department that fosters bullying. Team members are deliberately left out of conversation and activities by groups of people frequently. Teams are allowed to obviously bully and leave out some staff members with nothing done about it. Team events and nights out are organised in plain ear shot of employees who are purposefully not invited. Group chats take place between staff members again excluding certain people and this is made incredibly obvious that you are being left out or talked about. "Team" lunches bought but only for specific people. You might as well be invisible while you sit there on your own and everyone talks around you.

If you’re looking for a company where you can genuinely feel part of a team, develop your skills, and enjoy your work - while being with a company that truly prioritises development - then PayStream is a great place to be.
