This is not a place where employees are micromanaged on the contrary you are given a lot of autonomy and estimates are just that, estimates not something people are hold accountable for. All managers are friendly and down to earth. CTO and CEO although ridiculously smart are very approachable and they don't make you feel like they are superior to you.
