Vantaggi
They give a chance to non-experienced employees. Women are more than half of the company and are in high executive roles. Gives LinkedIn learning courses and some live teaching courses.
Svantaggi
Technology is a decade (or 15 years) late. All the processes are manual, which explains why there are so many employees. They really believe that “if it ain’t broken- don’t fix it”. An outdated company that doesn’t like changes, nor initiatives. VERY low- standard employee welfare, starts with (no) happy hours, no stock options, not a competitive salary or any other benefits (like shuttles that the employees are asking for forever), courses are nice, but mean nothing if you can't really experience your skills. Management is busy either in politics or putting off fires with things they should have notice beforehand. Zero teamwork across the company, very corrupted interdepartmental relationships It seemed like management tried doing the worst, most nontransparent process with helping employees with COVID and forced us to work from office, when it means we need to take public transportation, just because managers wanted to feel in control.
