Bonuses are decent during peak, but only during peak, rest of year pretty bad and low.

Management is the worst. Too many "Directors" who don't work. John Nallis turns a blind eye to his management team not doing ther job, n they think they can get away with it. NEVER at there phone when needed... Whenever used to call to reach payroll they are never at desk. Management is barely working. Cheap company. Poor values.
