Use to get paid well on flat rate. Then it was change to a very low hourly pay (close to minimum wage). Now we get paid hourly plus commission but we won’t get our commission until we reach our threshold. Which changes every week. At this point, there’s no pros.

Pep boys stop paying there employee fairly so they could profit more from the technicians and managers. Were the backbone of the company. Why screw us?
