Working 60 to 65 hours every week is for slaves! if you miss 1 stop out of the whole week they wanna write you up, they wanna talk about safety all the time when you're driving around in death traps, their trucks are super old. The managers smile in your face and stave you in the back! The turnover rate is crazy, only the guys that have been there for 10,15,20 years don't go anywhere cause they got too much time invested in the company and when they started it wasn't like this. All of the guys that got hire with me are gone after only a year. Having a normal life and working for this company as an RSR is nearly impossible, and there's no pay for overtime! Yes you heard it right! no pay for overtime is all base on sales, expect to work every holiday except for thanksgiving and Christmas. This company doesn't care one bit about their employees all they care is about numbers to the point where you have DSL's blowing up displays, doubling or tripling deliveries to a store when they have a Senior manager doing a tour of a store only to have employees take it all back once they leave, Am talking about a store that usually takes $500 a week they would bring in $2000 in one day! not even give you help and then expect you to do the rest of the day and finish at the same time when you have three time as much work. I lost 25 pounds in the first three moths working for this company because you have to hit the rode at 130m/hour if you slow down for one minute don't expect to be done on time, and every where you walk into people give you an attitude because they have such a bad customer service, they literately say very sarcastically : Oh! Frito is here! No communication between managers! I had three managers call me one day withing 5 minutes of one another to change my schedule without knowing the other had call. Bottom line the company needs some major overhauling when it comes to the way they treat their employees that are out there putting up the work!

Vantaggi

- Positive atmosphere - Plenty of support - Good pay - Very organized

Svantaggi

In my experience there are very few cons, I really enjoyed my time working for PepsiCo. The worst part would be the lack of AC in the warehouses, but this is standard.

Vantaggi

Worked for PepsiCo for 10 years across four locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. Gained experience in multiple sales and operational roles while supporting account growth, merchandising, and customer relationships. Florida locations were especially well-operated and efficient. PepsiCo provided competitive pay, solid benefits through Keystone, and a good vacation package compared to competitors in the beverage industry. The company also offered strong sales incentive programs, earning rewards such as Orlando Magic floor seats, Pro Bowl tickets, Apple Watches, and Yeti cups for exceeding performance goals and driving sales results.

Svantaggi

While PepsiCo promotes internal growth opportunities, many promotions and leadership opportunities appeared to favor college internship hires over long-term internal employees. In some cases, newer college-based management pushed corporate initiatives without fully understanding local market realities or account volume trends. For example, innovation products were sometimes forced into low-volume accounts where sell-through was unrealistic. Operationally, certain delivery processes could be improved, particularly with Tropicana products being stored in coolers on trucks for extended periods, which could impact product quality and increase waste. Work-life balance could also be challenging, as sales representatives commonly worked 50–60 hour weeks. Expectations from corporate leadership were often unrealistic, especially when customer representatives and drivers were expected to fully stock stores while servicing 15+ accounts per day. Experiences could also vary depending on whether locations were union or non-union operated.
