Dictatorship in Regional Manager. Not a team player. Doesn’t lead well. Tells you policy and procedures after the fact expecting you to know in advance. Does not outline goals or expectations. Has no sense of true management skills or the willingness to lead by example or train for staff success. The owner passively agrees without investigating further. A lot of drama and back biting unprofessional behavior amongst many of the staff.
