The way the company has dealt with and responded to the Coronavirus outbreak has been incredible . No one saw it coming but you would almost think the management team did 'pandemic drills' to prepare for the worst with how organised, communicative and transparent they have been ! To get all staff members equipped with everything they need to work from home comfortably in 48 hours, to move people and resources from one area of the business to another to cope with demand, to share emails/calls/ tools with all employees on mental wellbeing, tips for working from home, flexibility if you're a parent or you just need it. The list goes on and on and on... I wish governments had done what management have in such a short space of time. The best part of it all is that it's not a gimmick. There's nothing to gain from this but it's done because everyone that works here is seen as a human and management care about you - truly. When we weather this storm and come out of it the other side everyone will remember this and we'll be stronger than ever.

There are the usual growing pains of a start up becoming bigger overnight but you know that people want to solve those issues or lack of process and they include you along the way sometimes so you have a voice where possible.

-Clear career growth path at Perk! The company is very transparent about the steps to become either an AE, AM, or IS after being an SDR. Perk is fast-growing and the opportunities are endless. They’re always adding new roles you can become after being in an entry-level role. -Product: One of the best products in the industry. Customers love talking about their business travel process, and it’s an easy product to be passionate about. My personal experience with our product is seamless and exactly how we market it. -Work-Life Balance: Extremely attainable. I have not once felt like I have to overwork myself or continue my work at home, which is a night and day difference from my previous job! -Hybrid-Work: 3 days in-real-life, and 2 days remote. Also 20 work-from-anywhere days as they encourage us to travel. Compensation: Extremely good. Base salary is at industry standard. Commission is uncapped and targets are very attainable to receive a 100%+ commission check. -Culture is unmatched! Extremely friendly sales team always looking to help and coach others in sales. Perk is very straightforward in how they envision their culture/environment. -Yearly company trip to Barcelona, Spain! And chances to travel and work out of other offices.
