Team: The group here is incredible. There is an all in, no sharp elbows mentality that really helps the team achieve goals. Great people that make team socials a real joy to attend. Technology: Permutive is built off a completely new infrastructure that is pushing the envelope of how data is processed and activated. The solution is challenging large organizations (Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe) who have really just been providing an underwhelming solution for publishers. Leadership: Incredible leadership coming from the co-founders (Tim/Joe). They have a thoughtful approach to how to they address the current TAM and how we grow outside of it. They receive influence from outside mentorship to ensure that we head down the right path from the start and don't have to continually shift growth plans. On the sales side, Ben is building a motivated sales team that is centered around creating a thoughtful, scalable sales strategy. It's great to feel supported without being micromanaged. Opportunity: This is a fast growing team which opens up many doors from new leadership. On the sales side, the US is very much a greenfield opportunity.
