- Mid-Management level has old-school mindset, avoids responsibility, and often pushes unpleasant tasks to others. - Frequently asks the team to do extra work , but lacks decision-making ability. - Staffs are nice, but the management level constantly change their minds with their mood, with very surreal opinions . - Endless meetings with no clear purpose or outcome. - Very unclear structure and poor communication between teams. - All decisions need to be made by the owners, which means endless waiting for approvals. Poor management. - Very messy filing system and information management, you need to dig information by your own. - IT department are difficult to communicate, Bossy - 0 career path or growth opportunities. - Want high-quality results but at the cheapest possible cost. - High turn-over rate - Office is small and crowded - Need to share the toilet with whole floor
