Buon fatturato se si parte da una zona vacante, difficile crescere a zona avviata ma è una buona azienda se si parte soprattutto da neofiti

Company trips, freedom to make schedule, PTO

They will entice you to join them with company trips, promises of longevity, and high commission. They will place extremely unrealistic expectations on you and expect you to figure it out on your own. The commercial training is none existent, they have no understanding of the clients needs, and do not have the ability to take feedback. They promised a company car, and changed it after we got hired to a car allowance that wouldn’t get you anything in today’s market. No CRM, even 4 months after hiring reps so you have no tools to manage your territory. No marketing support whatsoever. This company does not care about its employees and will do anything to screw you over. You can’t trust management here, RUN away.

Flexibility. Difficult to dig for any others

No direction or support resources, not even as much as a CRM. Days before business cards are issued and weeks before any literature or samples, yet expected to be selling from minute one. Americans considering this, please be cautious. You will be ignored, undervalued, overpromised, and very clearly replaceable. It is NOTHING like business as you know it in the U.S. market.
