      This is company a great company to work for. By far the best property management company out there without a doubt. Decent pay, great management, the president of company is great, and this company definitely deserves its props it’s not many bad things you honestly can say about this company and how they run things.

      The main con and the main reason I’m looking for other opportunities is because you have to drive your personal vehicle around. To some people it may not be a big deal but the way you have to put in your mileage is veryyyy tedious, and you get NO compensation or help if you vehicle messes up which is the current situation I’m in.

      The company is very inviting when interviewing and even adds a Christian overtone. However, those working in upper management are not concerned with integrity. Money. Occupancy. Reputation. These are the things that matter. They put on airs of professional elitism while operating under feudalism. No company has ever earned their 2.6 google review more honestly.
