Some colleagues are helpful, but they are also equally frustrated due to the environment.

Extremely toxic work culture where employees are treated like replaceable labour, not professionals. No proper training, guidance, or respect for freshers. Long working hours with unrealistic expectations and no work-life balance. absolutely no growth or career development. Management lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic employee care.
