The culture is collaborative, with no rigid hierarchy every idea is welcomed, and growth is constant. If you're looking for a place to begin your career, this is an excellent choice. Just be ready to multitask, handle pressure well, and dedicate yourself to learning.

      I won’t highlight many cons, as Pickyourtrail is largely a positive workplace. However, the role can be demanding, and not everyone may be comfortable handling high pressure unless they are personally equipped for it. Policies may change from time to time, but they’re usually aimed at overall growth. In short, it's a place with far more positives than drawbacks.

      The work environment was very nice , people were very friendly and helping in nature. the culture was very welcoming and can learn a lot while working.
