Critical feedback can be a difficult process to engage in, but we really appreciate any opportunity to open up discussions on how to do better. It sounds like the biggest concern here is turnover. We do set high standards, driven by performance-based metrics. As a result, our sales team is reshaped out of necessity as it continues to grow. The standards that drive excellence on our sales team are the same standards we hold ourselves to - both as a company and leadership team. The hope is that everyone feels supported to do their best work, encouraged to share input on improving current processes, and valued as a contributing member of this company.
