Vantaggi
Most of the people you will work with will be really great. Contrary to that asinine review, I worked with many very hardworking millenials at this company. I met some great people here and I still keep in touch with all of them. There is A LOT of turnover. This may seem like a con, but in terms of career growth if you stick around for a year or two you will almost definitely be promoted to a "manager" role. While the role itself will not consist of any real managing, it is still officially your title and it is incredibly easy to spin this during interviews for other jobs. That's why I gave them a 5 star for career opportunities. If you can handle the garbage you can really spin something great out of this job.

I would give it a 2.5/5 if I could, but that isn't an option. Management is awfully sexist. This is the south and it's a fairly small company, so they can get away with saying some things that maybe a larger company wouldn't be able to, but I think the fact that they cannot keep an HR director employed for any real length of time says a lot. During a company wide meeting I once heard the president say "I worked with a lot of women at my old company, so don't worry, I know how to deal with you all." You will be severely underpaid for the amount of work you do. Which is fine at a first job, I think, especially in sales. However, upon moving up and being given more responsibility you will not be given a substantial raise. Like one other reviewer mentioned, someone once got a "raise" of $500. The amount of work is also staggering. I have heard from many of the people I still keep in touch with that once they found a good job after Pinnacle they were shocked at how not overworked they were. They were also surprised that they had stopped crying at work due to stress. :/ Lots of crying at Pinnacle. Someone cries at least once almost every single day, usually due to being overworked. I really hate to talk so poorly about a company that set me up for a lot of success in my current position, however the majority of what other negative reviewers are saying is not false. If you can deal with Pinnacle for a couple of years you'll be good to go as far as applying for other jobs is concerned, however prepare to be depressed and drink heavily with your coworkers for a couple of years. And prepare to be poor.
