Run for the hills. Worst organization I’ve ever worked for, by far. People are expected to work 60 hour weeks. Be prepared to have all your waking time go to work. Holidays aren’t observed. PTO isn’t respected. Expected to work through sickness. Departments are understaffed to keep costs down so everyone is overworked and has unrealistic expectations put on them with workloads. Culture is toxic and the Founder/CEO and COO are the worst offenders. Fear-based leadership at its finest. Screaming, swearing and personal insults are the norm. Firing people is a badge of honor that they take pride in and joke about after people lose their jobs. No loyalty to good and hardworking people. Seen many people with long tenure get fired effective immediately with no severance without being provided a reason as to why they are losing their job or any previous performance conversations. The only ones that last are those that join in on the culture and throw others under the bus to save their skin. Can’t speak enough about what a terrible company this is to work for. One of my biggest regrets was leaving a stable job for a role with them. Take my advice and look elsewhere.
