Vantaggi
There’s a great team of colleagues who are friendly and supportive
Svantaggi
As mentioned in all the previous reviews, the biggest issue at this company —not surprise — is the leadership.
1. A very “unique” management style
Shouting profanities at employees seems to be part of the daily routine. Emotional control? Probably not in his vocabulary. Words like arrogant, hot-headed, short-tempered, and disrespectful show up constantly in reviews — and unfortunately, they’re not exaggerations.
2. One-of-a-kind strategic vision
Most projects are born from the boss’s sudden “brilliant” ideas — the kind that pop into his head out of nowhere. No structure, no clear goals, just vibes. And just when you think you’ve figured things out, the priorities shift again, without any explanation. Efficiency at its finest.
3. An impressive work-life balance
Heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and unrealistic expectations are just the beginning. What really sets this place apart is the constant stream of calls and messages from the boss outside working hours — nights, weekends, you name it — all in the name of his “urgent” needs. Who needs personal time anyway?
4. Exceptionally high talent turnover
The company is truly unmatched in how quickly people come and go. It’s not every day you see farewell lunches and welcome briefings happening in the same week — unless, of course, you work here. But hey, fresh faces every week must count as a dynamic workplace, right?
