I’ve been working at PitchMe for over 4 years now, and one of the things I value most is the team. Everyone here is approachable, and there’s a real sense of collaboration, whether you’re in the London office or working remotely. It’s a place where people genuinely help each other, and I’ve always felt supported, even during busy or challenging times. The company encourages open communication, and it’s easy to share ideas or ask for advice, which makes problem-solving much smoother. The mix of office-based and remote work gives flexibility, and it feels like the team has found a good balance. Even though we’re spread out, there’s a sense of togetherness that makes the day-to-day work more enjoyable.

Working here is not without its challenges. Like any startup, things can move quickly, and priorities shift, which sometimes feels overwhelming. But I’ve found that it also keeps the work exciting and allows for personal and professional growth. You’re never bored, and you always feel like your contributions matter.

The fast-paced environment came with high expectations and direct feedback from the beginning – this style of working may not be for everyone. Projects often needed to be completed more quickly to get rapid feedback and stay ahead of the competition, putting pressure on the team.
