-Inexperienced management team -Extreme lack of communication at all levels -Disappointing business decisions from the leadership team that negatively impact both internal culture and external reputation -Micromanagement (due to lack of experience) to the point that it's detrimental to productivity -Complete lack of transparency in salary policies + promotions are given based on friendships versus experience -They are bleeding talented people due to all of the above and it's really disheartening
