Verbal Abuse from Management - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Plan B

Management was verbally abusive to me, both in person and in emails. No HR person though, so I couldn't report it. I was told by the office manager that management read all our emails. She also said the office was bugged so they could listen to our conversations. No direction from management, until the last minute when they step in and want to change everything before a client meeting. Extremely unprofessional work environment. No place to make a quiet phone call to a client without Muse blaring in the background. Creatives were completely overworked. There were only 9-10 "permanent" employees and everyone else in the office was a freelancer. They hide this fact from their clients and lie on their website about their company size. Additionally, some of the freelancers they hired were completely incompetent. Overall, this place puts up a facade of being much bigger than they are, but in reality, it's the opposite. They don't have other offices in CA and WI. They are constantly rebranding themselves.
