You can feel good rescuing the hundreds of plants that are thrown away every month. There is no uniform, and the work is fairly relaxed, its not a high stress or difficult job for freelancers at all, as long as you don't mixed with management, or anyone who has been working there as full time staff, as they can be a little toxic.

This company is run by children. when preparing for their Christmas tree installs, which go out to banks, offices, hotels and high end places of business and living around London, they don't care that their trees and decorations are for the most part, tiered and often broken or botched. Some with pieces missing and lights not working causing delays and general chaos on install days for the staff and clients. I have personally found lights that have been chewed by mice, and mouse poo in the decoration boxes going out to clients. When these issues are addressed in meetings, they are addressed as unimportant because they have all-ready met the sales targets required. Another issue is the 5 people who seem to be running things, they have created an environment where no one seems to be able to trust each other, if you show any weakness or ask any kind of question about your job, you bet that will result in you been used as the person who get blamed for anything that goes wrong. Theres no HR, theres no support network, and any complaints and met with this reply - if you don't like working here, don't.
