Product scalability not there and WW Team stretched thin. Very broad product remit which led to long lead times for product release.

Great people in the California office. The people tend to be smart, work well together, and there is a pretty good atmosphere.

The underlying technology is way too expensive for it to take off. Having international offices makes life harder, especially since there is a different feel to each location.
