Constant Micromanagement - Recensione dipendente - Senior Recruiter presso Plexus Management Group

Very poor leadership with no desire to improve. Very inflexible and restrictive. Constant micromanagement to the point you cannot even write your own emails. Was treated like I was in High School. Yelled at over petty details. Was scheduled to work 13 days in a row without a day off. The leadership makes major mistakes and then will yell at you over silly minor things and have double standards. Not a nice place to work. No work life balance.
