We ask our employees for feedback and conduct research and analysis to ensure that our benefits are aligned to, or better, than industry standard for cost and offerings. Plus3 fully covers the cost of employee benefits and charges the industry standard for dependent coverage. We are a government contractor that has to adhere to contractual requirements with regard to OT.
