Dave, the boss, is such a chill guy. He just gets it. Knows what it takes in this field and really places himself in others shoes. Everyone is very down to earth and taken care of.

Would be nice to be included more on what is happening on a project since we have such a small team. That being said however it is obvious why that can't always happen.
