Close to home, short commute

Regular employees don't know how to treat contract employees. They systematically don't include contract employees in social activities and ignore them when they are present. Contract employees are treated like 2nd class citizens. At the point this company is in their development, they should recognize that contract employees are key to keeping things going. Being a little more considerate would be beneficial to all.
