Absolutely horrible company to work for. The product is not fit for the market they are trying to sell to, which leads to completely unreasonable expectations being set, which ultimately leads to the failure of the team and them having to cut a load of jobs in order to survive. This has happened the last two years, but of course it’s not their fault at all. You can expect to be cut just before your one year anniversary so they don’t have to give out any shares. Management can be scheming and horrible, telling people what they want to hear whilst slating them behind their back, throwing anyone and everyone under the bus where possible in order to advance their own career and make thesmelves look good to the founders, who are oblivious to the reality. If you’re reading this to understand if you should interview/accept an offer, don’t. Turn around, apply for one of their competitors as it is an exciting industry to be in, everyone else just does it a lot better.

- Lots of change over the last 2 years as finding product market fit, but has now stabilised as the product has developed. - Fast paced, and lots of processes still to be built out.
