Cons from an HRBP perspective Some organisational decisions naturally take a bit more time, especially when they depend on teams outside the product area. This can slightly slow down processes related to onboarding, internal initiatives or development activities. Since many key competencies sit within a small group of people, the workload can sometimes feel uneven and require a bit more coordination. Additionally, because our processes are well documented and structured, reaching a final decision can occasionally take longer than expected. Even so, the team stays flexible, supportive and focused on creating a healthy and constructive working environment.
