- This might not be a good fit for one if you're planning to move up the ranks fast due to it's flat organization. Polarsteps has many experienced individual contributors who are happy to operate (and keep operating) in such a role. Due to the size of the company, there are not many management roles (which is great actually).

I honestly don't have any cons to mention. My experience at Polarsteps has been overwhelmingly positive!
