PolicyPro is 100% remote, which is great! The work schedule allows for a fantastic work/life balance. The benefits are wildly better than most companies I have worked for. You are not just a number like with most companies. Management is accessible and always willing to answer questions. I like the fact that it is a small company that is expanding. The opportunity for individual/career growth is one that I have yet to experience and it is exciting to see and be a part of the growth of this great company.

No company is perfect but there aren't really any "company cons" in my opinion. Insurance in general requires quite a bit of unpaid individual training. (CE, Licensing, etc.) Working remote requires self-motivation Sales is not for everybody. Office equipment is not provided. (computer, Wifi, etc.) Although the PTO plan is great, this is still sales/customer service. You have to call and be available to people when they are not busy. There are not very many scheduled holidays. You can work from anywhere though. If you are looking for scheduled government holidays, it might not be right for you.
