Good place to work full time

Lack luster place if you are looking for upward movement

The hourly pay is the main reason most people stay. Nothing else

Does not follow German work regulations and law Forces employees to use vacation days on official off days, won't reimburse off days. Tries to restrict when and how much is to be taken Betriebsrat doesn't fight for the employees, company bends over backwards for Consulate to keep contracts. Forces employees to follow 6 on 2 off schedule(punishes/looks down when other work plan is requested)
