I've been working here for just over 6 months, and I've had a great experience so far. This company has a nice, cooperative, non-toxic culture. There is also a lot of autonomy, and I haven't noticed any micromanagement. There have been a lot of improvements in technology over recent years, so there is a lot of opportunity for building new material to use. It is very easy to ask for help or to speak with your supervisor. You won't feel like you're "not being heard", unless you don't say anything in the first place. The people here are very friendly and fun. You'll feel welcome! --- I also wanted to address some of the negative reviews on here: - There is an employee referral bonus here that rewards employees for referring candidates they know personally for open positions at the company. It's not "nepotism" if someone in your family is competent and you trust them enough to refer them to an open position. - I have personally seen several people take advantage of internal advancement opportunities here, and I've only been here for half a year. People in entry-level positions can move into other roles when the opportunity arises. - I haven't witnessed high turnover while I've been here, and summer would have been the time to become fed up with the workload. We are hiring constantly because we are actually growing, not because people are leaving.

The company is no longer "old school", but a lot of materials still need to be modernized. Training could be improved. But the company already knows that these things need to be improved and are working on building these materials.
