The company has a lot of potential. They are heading in the right direction and you can tell they want to do the right things. They offer remote work or hybrid, they support flexible work, they hold town halls to share information, welcome new employees and give shout outs, they send care packages, they put time into a monthly newsletter, they share more now in regards to the strategy, vision and KPI's and they give out wellness days throughout the year (which is very appreciated). There are very dedicated people working for this company that really care about the customers.

They are going through growth pains and with that it makes it more challenging. There are some people that have been there a long time who seem resistant to change and they create a negative vibe for the organization that is trying really hard to move things forward. There is a strain on the people due to resource constraints. This is a challenge everywhere though given remote work has become a table stake that employees are now requiring as part of their needs and most companies are providing this option. It is a pretty flat organization but they have been talking more about career paths and development plans so this could change.
