I came from a teaching background, and no matter how good I was, I wouldn't get further compensated unless I coached a sport. -I enjoy the work environment and I love the people I work with. I have found lifelong friends within my peers at work - I feel like I couldn't have wished for more from a career -the best thing about Power, is I pop my head off the pillow in the morning, I love what I do, and I experience self-achievement everyday. Not many -the job is what you make of it -the first year, the schedule can be a little tricky, but it gets better as you achieve certain goals -you work Saturdays, but who doesn't these days? Even that can be fun though
