Local leadership is awesome, room to grow, great team work. PrairieCare has awesome nursing leadership and an amazing CNO, also the PrairieCare CEO is wonderful and creates and awesome culture.

Svantaggi

While local leaders are top notch, it can sometimes feel like the hospital (in particular) and the populations served are misunderstood from out of state corporate leadership.

Lots of variety of positions, work directly with psychiatrists, good training and pay
