too much favoritism, which causes certain people to get paid more because of who they know and not what they know. also, for this line of work (metal machining) the overall pay at PHC needs to increase significantly. the turnover rate is very high because people continuously quit to earn higher wages at other companies. that being said, you can earn a lot of money in the metal machining field, just usually not at PHC.
