They are highly unprofessional. The relationship between management and employees is highly toxic. People are unsupported in times of need. They do not care about the work and commitment you give to the company, they care only about numbers turning up. They care more about logging as many claims as possible than they do looking after the customer. The engineers they have on board have a great work ethic, but PM don't want to spend extra money on travel for them, in turn leaving customers to suffer. Of all the places I have worked for, this was the most toxic environment I've placed myself in.

Other agents are brilliant people and lovely to work with.

Higher management are awful, horrible to speak to. Very condescending and patronising, go around the world or promise you things and then never see it through. And they wonder why people leave or put a sick note in. Feel very sorry for the team leaders who are still there, can tell they are under so much stress and for what? To be told they still aren’t doing good enough!!
