Great pay for a job in rural town. Everybody that works there seems to enjoy what they do. Management is very supportive and understanding of any and all concerns by all levels of employees. All different sections of the resort have different benefits depending on what aspects of the hospitality industry interests you.

Nothing negative to say but have to fill up 20 words. Great place to work with great people. Highly recommend applying if you enjoy the hospitality industry and live in the area.

The property is very pretty

Primland is a 5 star worthy property with 2 star management. No one in management has hospitality experience prior to 2009, when the lodge opened, and it shows. Very political, elementary, hypocritical, and overall toxic culture. The rules do not apply to the “rule makers”. One manager in particular intentionally creates drama for entertainment and that manger is over multiple departments. The worst part is, other than the toxicity and commute, there are not many jobs in this area and Primland really takes advantage of that. They pay low and demand a lot knowing you have nowhere else to go. Please don’t waste your time here unless it’s “The Last Resort”. Seriously, the absolute last one on earth.
