Kind of stressful, sometimes has crazy ideas

The company is a great group of people to work with. There's a big emphasis on finding the right fit in new hires. The environment is generally fun and collaborative but requires a significant amount of self-motivation. The technology and services provided by the company to its clients are truly valuable, and are likely to drive where the industry is heading in the future. The business model is compelling and the application of the analytics will change much more than simple display ads. Currently, the company is at a crucial inflection point, so the opportunities are available for those who can take on the challenge.

The lean team is great for fostering a tight knit group, but requires everyone to have fingers in many pots. As such, the learning curve is very steep and requires a good degree of intuition and the ability to pick up quickly. The company offers high performance analytics, and similarly expects consistently high performance of its employees. Like any start-up mentality, it doesn't matter how you get it done, as long as it gets done.
