Lack of benefits of any kind whatsoever. Management is rather hands-off and doesn't sit down one on one with employees often if at all so there is little feedback or coaching. There is a lack of room for promotion and advancement. There is a lack of transparency and understanding overall between departments, and lack of communication from upper level management down to ground level employees.
