This place will teach you to never ignore red flags and take a job just because you need employment. Some jobs are not worth the disrespect and stress.

The owner, Tauseef Butt, is a delusional tyrant who doesn't know how to run a business. He is a control freak and micromanages things down to how many boxes of pipette tips to order. There are daily meetings that always ends on "work harder and we'll make big money" or "if you don't work harder then this place will go under". His thought process of business development is like a toddler in a candy shop: gets one promotional email from a random company and decides to make something in-house into a competing product, regardless of reality. If you point out the issues you will be scolded. His ideas are always correct. Company has been struggling for years and most employees don't stay. Projects stall or breaks down because those we worked either left or were fired by the owner out of spite. 6 new hires and 2 terminations happened within the same 30-day period. Job description means nothing, you will do whatever you are told to regardless of training or experience. You will be set up to fail and receive little training or help. Positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake. Owner writes them or forces employees to write good reviews. Owner doesn't respect employees' time, education, experience or the fact they have life outside the job. In his mind bachelors are mindless drones who "just walked in from the street and can't think or solve problems". PhDs are supposed to magically solve any issues by researching 100 papers in one weekday night. He calls same day meetings without schedules or regard to your work plan. Meetings called after 4pm that starts after 5pm and drags past 6pm are common. He also demands people to work on nights and weekends with threats. If you didn't magically solve the issues of a project that has been stalled for months before you even joined within a week of working on it, you get a bad performance review, a round of personal insults, then termination.
