Flexible with the schedule, good, easy work, put in your own routine but still going by the rules, etc.

Some shifts are only a couple hours.

I wish I could find some words to say..... My co workers were awesome and loyal to me because I was fair and had to implement my own management style without the approval of senior management!

Management is non existent and you will get fired for breaking rules you did not know existed and for going above and beyond the job description.
