More improvements are generally provided and improved from the folks actually doing the work. Everyone laughs. We have a good time. We're serious when we need to be and like to keep it fun when we can. A by product of this being that when issues arise it's always about the problem and not a team or person. We get along and it shows through all areas of our work.

Some areas have more red tape than others. Not preventing progress but adding speed bumps on occasion.
