Terrible communication all around NY leadership is under the thumb of SF leadership and has no real power Co-owner creates a working environment built on fear, withholding information, and passive aggression Issues are ignored until they become emergencies Hazardous working conditions often: HVAC systems not up to date in stores so the stores' temperatures are poorly regulated year round; structure at central commissary poorly built and maintained also leading to poor/zero temperature control year round=hazardous working conditions for employees
